You did not get into hospitality to babysit software.

Most properties under 50 keys run on six tools at once. Six logins. Six places things break. Every new receptionist gets trained on six systems. End-of-day reconciliation is "compare four exports." Refunds chase the gateway dashboard. WhatsApp lives on whichever staff phone is charging.

  • Cloudbeds for reservations
  • Moka for the bar
  • WhatsApp Web on a personal phone
  • Google Sheets for daily revenue
  • Xendit dashboard for refunds
  • Email chain for breakfast and airport pickup

Wisma OS replaces those six tools with one screen. One database. One audit log. One staff training cycle.

Six tools, one screen.

Everything you need to run a modern Indonesian property, in one connected system.

Reservations + folio

Calendar, drag-to-assign rooms, multi-room bookings, group folios, per-night charges with PPN and service applied automatically. The front desk's daily homepage.

Café & bar POS

Open a shift, ring up an order, charge to the guest's room. Bar revenue lands on the folio in real time. PPN and service charge applied per item.

WhatsApp inbox

Real shared inbox tied to the guest, not a personal phone. Reply from Wisma; WhatsApp goes via your provider (Fonnte, Twilio, or Meta).

Guest portal + add-ons

Guests scan a QR or open a private link, see their folio, and order breakfast, airport pickup, or scooter rental themselves.

Indonesian payments

Charge via QRIS, OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, virtual account, or card. Through Midtrans, Xendit, or DOKU. Refunds (full or partial) called from inside Wisma.

Owner dashboard + reports

Yesterday's revenue, occupancy, payment mix, smart-pricing performance. One number, one screen. Export to spreadsheet for your accountant.

Built for properties like yours

We're opinionated. On purpose.

Most PMS in Indonesia are imported from US/EU markets and treat WhatsApp / QRIS / PPN / service charge as edge cases. We treat them as the main path. We will eventually run properties outside Indonesia. We will not forget who we built this for first.

  • Hostels in Canggu, Ubud, and Yogyakarta
  • Surf camps in Uluwatu, Lombok, and the Mentawais
  • Boutique villas with private pools and pre-arrival WhatsApp
  • Guesthouses with one bar and a few long-stay regulars
  • Small hotels under 60 keys with one outlet

What that means in practice

  • Default tax: PPN 11% + service 5%, applied before tax, configurable per outlet
  • Default currency IDR with proper Indonesian formatting (Rp 1.500.000, no decimals)
  • Receipts include NPWP. Receipt copy in Bahasa + English where appropriate
  • WhatsApp is treated as a primary channel, not an afterthought
  • Payment gateways are Midtrans / Xendit / DOKU first; Stripe is configurable
  • Works on hostel-grade Wi-Fi — no 4 MB JavaScript bundles

A typical Tuesday

One tab. One audit log.

  1. 08:00

    Sofia messages on WhatsApp

"Wifi password please?" Reception sees the unread badge in Wisma's inbox, replies in one tap. Done.

  2. 11:00

Sofia orders a smoothie at the bar

Cashier rings it up, taps "Charge to room", picks Sofia. The order lands on her folio with PPN + service applied. No reconciliation.

  3. 18:00

Owner checks the dashboard from home

Yesterday's revenue Rp 4.2M. Sofia's folio settled at checkout. Two incoming bookings from Booking.com landed automatically. One maintenance task escalated for the AC in 102.

Common questions

More on the pricing page.

We already use Cloudbeds. Why switch?
Cloudbeds is great for OTA-heavy 100-room properties. For under 30 keys, you're paying for capacity you don't use. Wisma is built for hostels, villas, and guesthouses in Indonesia specifically. We integrate WhatsApp, QRIS, and PPN/service correctly out of the box.
Do you push to Booking.com / Agoda / Airbnb?
Inbound: yes — we accept Booking.com / Agoda / Hostelworld modifications and cancellations automatically. Outbound (pushing your availability and rates out): not yet. If 70%+ of your bookings come from 3+ OTAs, we are not the right fit yet. We'll be honest about it on the call.
Can I import my data?
Yes — CSV import for room inventory and POS catalog is built in (one click each in settings). Reservations import is bespoke per source PMS — for Cloudbeds / RoomRaccoon migrations, we run a one-shot script during onboarding.
What about the receipt printer?
Today: browser-print to a paired printer. We're not yet native USB / Bluetooth thermal. If your venue requires native ESC/POS printing on day one, wait one quarter.

Run your property like the operating system you already wish you had.

Built in Bali. For Bali. By people who have run these properties.
