Pricing FAQ

What's included in the pilot fee?
Full setup: provisioning your tenant + property, importing your room inventory and POS catalog from CSV, configuring tax + service charge, wiring the payment gateway, configuring WhatsApp/SMS/email, creating staff accounts, and 90 minutes of on-site staff training. Daily check-ins for the first week. Founder access during the pilot.
What payment gateway fees should I expect?
You pay your gateway directly — typically ~0.7% for QRIS, ~2.9% for cards. Wisma takes no cut of your payments. Indonesian gateways (Midtrans, Xendit, DOKU) all publish their rates publicly.
Do I need to pay for WhatsApp separately?
Yes — WhatsApp Business API access is via your provider (Fonnte, Twilio, or Meta). Fonnte is typically Rp 200k/month + per-message; Twilio and Meta have their own rates. We don't take a cut.
Is hosting included in the monthly fee?
Yes — managed hosting, daily backups, and SSL are all included. If you need to self-host, we can quote separately.
Can I add more properties later?
Yes — multi-property pricing isn't published yet because we want to make sure the multi-property switcher polish is shipped first. Email us if you have a multi-property need on the horizon and we'll talk.
What if it doesn't work for us?
If at the end of 30 days Wisma hasn't replaced at least one of {your existing PMS, POS, WhatsApp phone, daily-revenue spreadsheet}, we refund the pilot fee. No questions, no haggling. We also export your data within 14 days of any termination.
Are there annual contracts or discounts?
Not during pilot. After production, ask us — annual prepay typically saves 1 month, but we'd rather earn your monthly fee than lock you in.
What about the receipt printer / e-Faktur / OTA push?
Honest answer — those are roadmap, not shipped. Receipt printing today is browser-print. e-Faktur generates the document but DJP submission is manual. OTA push (sending availability/rates outbound) is not built — we accept inbound modifications. If any of these is a deal-breaker, wait one or two quarters.
