Length

30 days. Soft cutover by default — Wisma runs alongside your existing system for the first 7 days, then takes over.

Money-back

If at day 30 we haven't replaced at least one of {your PMS, POS, WhatsApp phone, daily-revenue spreadsheet}, we refund 100% of the pilot fee. No questions.

No lock-in

End of pilot, you decide: continue at production pricing, pause for a quarter, or end the relationship. Full data export within 14 days either way.

Who this is for

We're deliberately picky about pilot properties because we want pilots to succeed.

You're a fit if all of these are true

  • 5–50 keys (rooms or beds total)
  • Single property (not a multi-property group, yet)
  • Owner-operator OR an empowered ops manager
  • Located in Bali, Lombok, Yogyakarta, Bandung, or Jakarta
  • Currently take QRIS via Midtrans, Xendit, or DOKU
  • Talk to guests on WhatsApp heavily
  • Direct + 1 OTA bookings (Booking.com is fine; 4-OTA properties are not the right fit yet)
  • Have at least 2 staff who can attend a 90-minute training

What's beta or deferred

We'd rather tell you up front. None of these blocks a typical pilot, but you should know.

Use carefully — we'll coach you

  • Smart pricing live application — run shadow-mode for a week first
  • Async refund webhooks — we monitor; rare hiccups during week 1 are normal

Manual workaround required

  • Receipt printer — browser-print only, not native USB / Bluetooth thermal yet
  • e-Faktur — we generate the document; your accountant uploads to DJP
  • OTA push — inbound modifications work; we don't push availability/rates outbound to OTAs in v1
  • Offline POS — POS needs internet. We help you set up a paper fallback
  • Multi-partial refunds per payment — one partial supported per row
